INTRODUCTION
Fantasy Draft Engine was built on a clear belief: the draft is the most important moment in fantasy sports, yet the experience had never been designed with the same rigor as the game itself. I set out to redefine that moment—creating a real-time platform that transformed complexity into clarity and elevated drafting into a true competitive advantage. As Founder and Chief Product Officer, I led the product from concept to a licensed platform integrated across ESPN, CBS Sports, and Yahoo! Fantasy.

By incorporating real-time data and predictive logic into our proprietary algorithm, users got an immediate edge over their competition. Via a highly intuitive interface, the platform was built to deliver precision, speed, and confidence—turning decision-making into a seamless, high-performance experience. A bi-seasonal publication hit major newsstands, featuring our custom-tailored projections and advice.

I led the end-to-end product design, from UX architecture to the underlying drafting engine, creating a system that supported live, remote, and automated drafts with real-time synchronization and dynamic analytics. Every element was designed to reduce friction and surface insight at exactly the right moment, resulting in an experience that felt both powerful and effortless.

Fantasy Draft Engine scaled to over 150,000 annual users and sustained a seven-year licensing partnership with ESPN. It redefined the drafting experience—shifting it from reactive and fragmented to strategic, fluid, and decisively user-centered. We extended the product into print, publishing multiple magazines annually across three major sports.
